Imposing them on everyone is always deeply unethical no matter the safety issues, and imposing them is what they are obsessed with and have been doing for a long time. It's not a trivial distinction, because associating the wrongness with how proven any so-called safety and or efficacy, whether intended or not, absolutely does lead people to think imposing them is ok so long as they're "safe" enough, and that is just wrong.
